Well the fry are now 2 weeks freeswimming & growing well, with markings staring to show on the larger of them, of which at a guess i would say there are about 80,so i would say its a good size spawn for 1st timers to be dealing with.
The parents are absolutley great & doing really well letting the fry swim in a cloud again now rather than just sat on the bottom & once there is baby brineshrimp in the tank the mother starts to click her ventrils as if to say grub up & all the fry come swimming, its great to watch such young fish doing an amazing job.
You can also notice the differant types starting to show due to the colour differances in the fry.

Just a quick update on the fry as they are now nearly 4 weeks since going free swimming & realy doing well.
They are growing fast as they eat like pigs & realy showing some nice markings, the colours are also starting to show & the headlights on the heads of some almost glow.
