I use Decaps on my younsters BUT it must be soaked in water for at least 10 mins!
For new freeswimmers I usualy use freshly hatched brine shrimp or if that is not possable then Ocean Nutrition does an instant brineshrimp that works well for Angels and then from a week onewards they are fine with decaps.
As always the freshly hatched brineshrimp is best but as an alternative the instant & decaps do work well.

Who sells the instant brineshrimp?
We do! (Aquatic Habitat)
Although IMO you can't beat live baby brine shrimp. The fact that it moves triggers the feeding response in young fish.
Hatching your own is also a lot more economical.
